Wash chicken then cut into karahi pieces.

Heat oil in a deep pot or skillet over medium heat.

Add cumin seeds and mustard seeds in it.

Cook for 30 seconds or until its start crackling.

Now add ginger garlic paste, cinnamon stick, whole black pepper, salt, chili powder and turmeric powder.

Stir well and cook for 2 minutes.

Then add chopped tomatoes.

Cover with a lid and let it simmer for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes, add chicken pieces in it.

Cook for 10 minutes or until its change colour.

Then add ½ cup water.

Cover again and cook for 15 minutes or until chicken is tender.

Uncover and cook for 5 minutes or until all water dries up.

Sprinkle coriander leaves and green chilies over it.

Turn the heat off.

Tomato Chicken is ready to serve.
