3Potatoesboiled and mashed
1Carrotschopped and boiled
½cupPeas boiled and mashed
1cupCabbagefinely chopped
1tspGinger garlic paste
4tbspOnionchopped
Salt to taste
½tspBlack pepper
½tspCrushed red pepper
½tspChat masala
1tbspLemon juice
10Curry leavesfinely chopped
4tbspCoriander leavesfinely chopped
3Green chiliesfinely chopped

2Eggs
Bread crumbs as required
Cooking Method
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add chopped onion and saute until soft add curry leaves with all the boiled and chopped vegetables, salt, black pepper, crushed red pepper, chat masala and lemon juice.
