Do try this Wasabi Prawns Recipe By Shireen Anwar, these deep-fried large, crispy wasabi prawns are coated in creamy wasabi sauce. Definitely a restaurant favorite!

Ingredients
  • 6 Prawns shelled with tail
  • 1 Egg white
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • 6 tbsp Cornflour
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Condensed milk
  • 1 tsp Wasabi powder
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • few Garlic cloves
Cooking Method
  1. Dip the 6 prawns in egg white, then coat evenly with corn flour.
  2. Deep fry prawns on 180 C for about 3 minutes or until turns goldden and crispy.
  3. In separate dish, mix together the mayonnaise, condensed milk, wasabi powder and lemon juice.
  4. Toss the deep fried prawns with wasabi mayo until evenly coated.
  5. Garnish with fried sliced garlic cloves.
  6. Delicious Wasabi Prawns are ready to serve.
  7. Serve hot
