Ingredients
For Paratha Filling:
  • 1 cup boiled potatoes, mashed
  • 2 green chilies, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh coriander leaves, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds roasted & crushed
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper, crushed
  • 1/4 tsp salt
Cooking Method
  1. Put mashed potatoes in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add green chilies, cumin seeds and coriander leaves.
  3. Season with salt and red pepper.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Stuff paratha with the prepared filling mixture.
  6. Shallow fry paratha on each side for 2 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Aloo Ka Paratha is ready to serve. ENJOY!!
Serving Suggestions
  • Serve with curd or mint chutney.
