Ingredients
  • 500 gm boneless chicken
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp gram flour
  • 2 tbsp mango pickle masala
  • 1/2 tsp all spice
  • 1/2 tsp onion seeds
  • 1/2 tsp fenugreek seeds
  • 1/2 tsp fennel seeds
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp salt
Cooking Method
  1. Place onion seeds, fennel seeds and fenugreek seeds in a chopper.
  2. Coarsely grind and keep aside.
  3. Flatten chicken in thin Layers (parcha).
  4. Place chicken in a large bowl.
  5. Add red chili powder, mango pickle Masala, ginger garlic paste, salt, all spice, gram flour and ground seeds.
  6. Cover and marinate for 2 hours.
  7. Preheat oven to 180 Degree C.
  8. Now thread marinated chicken onto skewers.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
  10. Achari Murgh Parchay is ready to serve.
Serving Suggestions

Serve with onion rings and salad.
