Ingredients
  • 3 cups puffed rice
  • 1 boiled potato
  • 8 to rtilla crisps or papri
  • 1 cup sev
  • 1/2 cup tamarind chutney
  • 4 tbsp chopped onion
  • 3 tbsp chopped raw mango
  • 3 tbsp chopped coriander
  • 3 tbsp coriander chutney
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp chat masala
  • salt to taste
Cooking Method
  1. Place puffed rice, sev, papri in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Cut potato in small cubes.
  3. Now add potatoes, onion, raw mango tamarind chutney, lemon juice and coriander chutney.
  4. Sprinkle chat masala and salt over it.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  7. Bhel Puri is ready now.
  8. Serve immediately.
Serving Suggestions

Serve with imli ki chutney.
