  • 1/2 kg Boneless Chicken
  • 1/2 packet Fresh cream
  • 1 tsp Red chili crushed
  • 1 tsp Black pepper crushed
  • 1 tsp Raw papaya paste
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 6 to 8 Parathay
For Salad:
  • 2 Onion thinly sliced
  • 2 Lemon
  • 4 Green chilies chopped
  • 1/2 bunch Mint chopped
  • Salt to taste
Cooking Method
For Salad:
  1. In a bowl, add sliced onion, lemon juice, salt, chopped mint and green chilies.
  2. Mix well and keep aside.
For Rolls:
  1. Wash chicken and add in bowl with papaya paste, ginger garlic paste and salt.
  2. Now cook chicken in wok for 7-10 minutes or until all water dries up.
  3. Then add fresh cream, red chili, black pepper, butter and oil.
  4. Cook and stir for few minutes or until chicken is cooked thorough and sauce is thickened..
  5. Now put chicken mixture over the paratha.
  6. Top with onion salad and roll it.
  7. Butter chicken roll is ready to serve.
Serving Suggestions

Serve with Imli ki Chutney.
