  • 500 gm Mutton
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 4 Green chilies chopped
  • 12 Almond boiled and crushed
  • 1 cup Oil
  • ½ cup Fresh Milk
  • ½ cup Fresh Cream
  • 1 tsp White pepper
  • 1 tbsp Ginger paste
  • 2 tbsp Poppy seeds crushed
  • Salt to taste
Cooking Method
  1. Apply ginger paste and salt on a mutton.
  2. Cook it until the water dries up then add in poppy seeds.
  3. Add oil, boiled and crushed almonds and white pepper.
  4. Cook it for some time.
  5. When the oil separates then add in fresh milk and fresh cream.
  6. Cook it and simmer.
  7. Garnish it with chopped green chilies.
  8. White Mutton Karahi is ready to serve.
Serving Suggestions

Serve it with naan.
