Ingredients
  • 250 gm Mince
  • ¾ tsp Salt
  • ¾ tsp Black pepper
  • ¼ tsp Oregano powder
  • ¼ tsp Thyme powder
  • 2 Bread slices soaked in ¼ cup milk
  • 1 Egg
  • ½ tsp Mustard powder
  • 4 Tomato slices
  • 4 Cucumber slices
  • 4 Cheese slices
  • 4 Burger buns
  • Mayonnaise as required
  • Ketchup as required
Cooking Method
  1. In a large bowl, combine together the mince, salt, black pepper, oregano powder, Thyme powder, bread slices, egg, mustard powder. 

  2. Shape into burger patties. and shallow fry on low flame until done. 

  3. Remove from the pan and keep warm. 

  4. Now toast burger buns. Spread  mayonnaise over burger buns. 

  5. Put cheese slice, burger patty on them. 

  6. Top with cucumber and tomato slices

  7. Drizzle ketchup on top. ,

  8. Cover with second piece of burger buns, serve with loads of fries and ketchup.
