Ingredients
  • 3 capsicum cut into cubes
  • 2 potatoes cut into cubes
  • 2 onions cut into cubes
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds roasted & crushed
  • salt according to taste
Cooking Method
  1. Peel potatoes and cut into cubes.
  2. Soak in salted water.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet or wok.Add cubed potato.
  4. Cook for 10 minutes or until nearly tender.
  5. Remove potatoes from the oil.
  6. Put onion and capsicum in it.
  7. Stir fry and cook for 2 minutes.
  8. Add red chili powder, garlic paste, cumin, tomato paste, salt and ketchup.
  9. Put fried potatoes in it.
  10. Cook on low flame for 5 minutes or until sauce is thickened.
  11. Aloo Capsicum Do Pyaza is ready to serve.
Serving Suggestions

Serve with roti or rice.
