  • 500 gm Chicken wings with skin
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 cup Apple juice
  • ½ cup Chicken stock
  • ¼ bunch Parsley
  • 1 tsp Crushed black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp Flour
  • 2 tbsp Corn flour
  • 2 tbsp Corn flour
  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt to taste
Cooking Method
  1. Cut chicken into lollypop shape.
  2. Marinate with flour, corn flour, egg and salt.
  3. Now deep fry the marinated chicken wings for 7-10 minutes or until crisp and golden brown.
  4. Heat 2-3 tbsp oil in a wok, Sauté garlic paste for few seconds or till golden brown.
  5. Add chicken stock, apple juice, parsley, black pepper and salt. Cook for a few minutes.
  6. Thicken sauce with 2 tbsp corn flour paste.
  7. Add fried wings in the prepared sauce.
  8. Stir until well coated.
  9. Transfer into a serving dish.
  10. Chicken Wings Apple Juice is ready to serve.
  11. Serve hot.
