  • 200 gm fish fillets
  • 4 bread slices
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp mustard paste
  • 3 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • salt to taste
  • few coriander and mint leaves
  • 1 cup water
  • salad leaves for garnishing
Cooking Method
  1. Take a cooking pot, boil one cup water then put fish in it.
  2. Boil fish with garlic paste and salt.
  3. Take it out from the pot and drain.
  4. Let it cool for 10 minutes.
  5. Then place in a chopper machine.
  6. Also add black pepper, cream cheese, mayonnaise, mustard paste, coriander and mint leaves.
  7. Process until smooth and creamy.
  8. Put this paste in a piping bag.
  9. Spread mayonnaise on 4 bread slices.
  10. Toast them slightly.
  11. Cut the corners of bread slices and cut each slice into 4 pieces.
  12. Coat each piece with prepared paste.
  13. Top with mustard paste.
  14. Garnish with salad leaves.
  15. Fish Mousse on Bred is ready to serve.
