Ingredients
  • 300 gm Beef undercut
  • 300 gm rice
  • 1 Spring onion thinly sliced
  • 1 capsicum thinly sliced
  • 1 Carrot thinly sliced
  • 4-5 Garlic cloves
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 tablespoon Worchester sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper powder
  • Saltto taste
  • 1/4 cup Oil
  • 1 teaspoon chinese salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
Cooking Method
  1. Cut beef into thin long strips and shallow fry the beef in oil for 20-25 minutes or until it changes color or no longer pink.
  2. Keep aside.
  3. Boil rice and strain.
  4. Keep the boiled rice aside to cool.
  5. Heat oil in a wok over medium heat.
  6. Saute garlic in it until golden brown.
  7. Now add beaten eggs and stir well.
  8. Add spring onion, capsicum and carrot.
  9. Mix well and sauté for a few minutes.
  10. Then add fried beef and boiled rice and Stir fry for 2 minutes.
  11. Stir in the Worchester sauce, salt, black pepper powder, Chinese salt and sugar.
  12. Toss well.
  13. Remove from the heat and dish it out.
  14. Delicious Beef With Fried Rice is ready to serve.
