Egg fried rice. Deceptively simple, but a huge favorite and crowd-pleaser. This Chinese Egg Fried Rice Recipe by Chef Zakir , is a quick fried rice like you get at your favorite Chinese restaurant. A couple of eggs, mushrooms, carrots, peas and soy sauce is all you need.

Ingredients
  • 300 gm Boiled rice
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Oil
  • 2 Spring onions
  • 3-4 cloves Garlic
  • 1 cup Button mushrooms
  • 1 capsicum finely chopped
  • 1 carrots finely chopped
  • 3-4 Black mushrooms
  • 1 cup Boiled peas
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp Crushed black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp Chinese salt
  • Salt as required
Cooking Method
  1. Heat oil in a wok over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes or until golden brown in color.
  3. Add beaten eggs and cook until set.
  4. Add button mushrooms, black mushrooms, capsicum, carrot, boiled peas and green onions.
  5. Mix well and add the boiled rice.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper.
  7. Add Chinese salt, Worcestershire sauce, oyster sauce.
  8. Toss well and cook for 2 minutes.
  9. Turn the flame off and dish it out.
  10. Delicious Chinese Egg Fried Rice are ready to serve.
Serving Suggestions

Serve with Chicken Manchurian or Shashlik.
