Ingredients
- 6 drum sticks
- ½ tsp oregano
- ½ tsp rose marry
- 2 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp salt
- 4 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup flour
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- Oil for frying
Cooking Method

Dry roast oregano, rose marry, black pepper and cumin and grind them until smooth powder.

Now make cuts over drum sticks.

Marinate chicken drum sticks with the prepared herb powder, lemon juice, soy sauce and salt.

Marinate for 2 hours to blend flavors.

Sprinkle the flour over them.

Coat drum stick with the bread crumbs.

Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.

Deep fry chicken on medium heat for 20 minutes or chicken is cooked thorough from inside and golden brown from outside.

Remove from the oil and drain on paper towel.
