Ingredients
- 200 gm boneless chicken cubed
- 6 bread slices
- 1 cucumber
- 2 eggs
- 2 salad leaves
- 4 tbsp cooking oil
- 1/2 cup tomato ketchup
- 1 tsp chilli sauce
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp chaat masala
- 1/4 tsp salt
Cooking Method

Toast bread slices and set aside.

Place chicken in a large bowl.

Add chilli sauce, chaat masala, red pepper, black pepper and salt.

Toss to coat evenly.

Heat oil in a pan.

Fry chicken for 10-12 minutes or until crispy and tender.

Beat egg with salt and pepper.

Heat oil in another pan.

Fry egg until firm.

Spread mayonnaise on bread slices.

Place omelet, cucumber slices and salad leaves on it.

Cover with bread slices.

Now place chicken pieces and ketchup on it.

Cover with remaining slices.

Cut sandwich into triangles.
