Ingredients
  • 1 cup tamarind paste
  • 1/2 cup tomato ketchup
  • 12 red chilies
  • 1 garlic bulb
  • 1 tbsp jaggery
  • 2 tsp cumin seeds roasted
  • 1/2 tsp salt
Cooking Method
  1. Soak red chilies in water for 2-3 hours.
  2. Place all ingredients in a blender.
  3. Process until well blended.
  4. Then take it out in a small bowl or a jar.
  5. Lal chutney is ready to serve.
