Ingredients
Ingredients for Dough:
  • 500 gm Flour
  • 50 gm Oil
  • 40 gm Sugar
  • 5 gm Salt
  • 5 Egg yolks
  • 10 gm Yeast
  • Oil for frying
  • 25 gm Milk powder
  • ½ tsp Bread improver
  • ½ tsp Baking powder
  • Milk liquid as required
  • Water as required
  • 50 gm Butter
Ingredients for syrup:
  • Water as required
  • 3 tbsp Liquid glucose
  • 3 tbsp Honey
  • 425 gm Sugar
Cooking Method
For the Dough:
  1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients and knead the dough.
  2. Leave it for a while.
  3. Then make balls out of the dough and make small holes in the middles.
  4. Leave it again for proofing.
  5. Heat oil and deep fry the donuts until golden brown.
For the syrup:
  1. In a pan, mix all the ingredients and prepare the syrup.
  2. Lastly drizzle it onto the donuts.
  3. Decorate with sprinkles.
  4. Crispy Creamy Donuts are ready to serve.
