Here is one sure fire way to get kids to eat yogurt! This is a very simple Pineapple Yogurt Dessert Recipe By Shireen Anwar and it's delicious too! Frozen pineapple yogurt, which is probably the easiest dessert you ever made with almost 0% calorie.

Ingredients
  • 1 packet pineapple jelly crystals
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 cup low fat sugar
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 3 tablespoon pineapple syrup
  • 2 tablespoon artificial sweetener
  • 2 digestive biscuits
Cooking Method
  1. In a large bowl, whisk pineapple jelly with boiling water.
  2. Let it cool for few minutes.
  3. Place yogurt, pineapple syrup, pineapple chunks, digestive biscuits and jelly in a blender. Process until well blended.
  4. Take it out in a serving dish.
  5. Place in the refrigerator for 1 hour or until chilled.
  6. Before serving, top with pineapple chunks.
Serving Suggestions
  • If you are not on diet than use regular yogurt, sugar and whipped cream for garnishing. Also you can use any fruit to make this yogurt.
  • Serve as a dessert after any meal or as a healthy breakfast.
