Ingredients
- 1 kg Chicken drumsticks give deep cuts on both sides
- 2 tbsp Thick yogurt heaped
- 1 tbsp Raw papaya
- 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1 tbsp Green chilies
- 1 ½ tsp Salt
- 2 tsp White cumin crushed
- Pinch of yellow color
- 2 tbsp Vinegar
Cooking Method

In a bowl, mix together the thick yogurt, raw papaya, ginger garlic paste, green chilies, salt, white cumin, pinch of yellow color, vinegar.

Marinate chicken legs in yogurt mixture for 2 hours in the refrigerator.

Than put chicken legs on skewers and put on the grill.

Brushing with oil and left over marinade.

Cook for 15-28 minutes or until chicken is cooked.

Remove from the skewer and dish it out.

Delicious Tangri Tikka is ready to serve.
