Do try this Dopiyaza Chops Recipe By Shireen Anwar, in which mutton chops cooked in an onion and tomato based curry – very easy to cook. This curry is spicy, tangy and the chops are well coated with a thick sauce. Yummy!

Ingredients
  • ½ kg Mutton chops
  • 2 large Onion coarsely sliced
  • 1 tbsp Whole spice mixed
  • 1 tsp red pepper crushed
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1 tbsp Ginger chopped
  • 1 tbsp Garlic chopped
  • 10 Whole red chilies
  • 1 tsp Coriander seeds crushed
  • 3 Tomatoes chopped
  • ½ cup Curd
  • ½ cup Oil
  • 4 Green chilies chopped
Cooking Method
  1. Put mutton chops in a pot.
  2. Add Onion, Whole spice, red pepper, Cumin seeds, Ginger, Garlic, Whole red chilies, Coriander seeds, Tomatoes, Curd, Oil, Green chilies.
  3. Stir well.
  4. Cover the pot and cook on very low flame until chops tender and thick masala left.
  5. Take it out in a serving dish.
  6. Garnish with green chilies.
  7. Delicious Dopiyaza Chops are ready to serve.
Serving Suggestions

Serve with Cold Pasta Salad.
