  • 2 cups Basin
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1 cup Char Magaz
  • 15 Chopped almonds
  • 15 Chopped pistachio
  • 6 Small cardamom
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 -1 ½ cup Sugar
  • 1 cup desi Ghee
  • 2 packets Fresh cream
Cooking Method
  1. Heat ghee in a deep wok over medium heat.
  2. Sauté grinded 1 tsp sugar and small cardamom.
  3. Then add in 2 cups gram flour and cook it for 7-10 minutes on low flame.
  4. Now add flour and sauté it for few minutes or until light brown.
  5. Now add char magaz, chopped almonds, chopped pistachio.
  6. Mix well.
  7. Now add fresh cream and cook it for 5 minutes.
  8. Remove it from the stove.
  9. Add sugar and mix well until sugar is completely dissolved.
  10. Grease your hand and make small laddoo out the mixture.
  11. Set them in a serving dish.
  12. Delicious Basin Ke Laddoo are ready to serve.
