A cheesy spin on a classic seekh kabab recipe- this delicious Fried Cheesy Kabab Recipe by Chef Irfan Wasti are made with tender and succulent seekh kebab stuffed with rich cheese sauce then deep fried. So yummy!

Ingredients
- 6-8 seekh kabab
- 3-4 tbsp Mozzarella cheese
- 3-4 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp chat masala
- Salt as required
- 3-4 tbsp Water
- Flour as required
- 1 Egg lighty beaten
- Bread crumbs as required
- Oil for frying
Cooking Method

In a saucepan, add Mozzarella Cheese, mayonnaise, chat masala, salt and water.

Cook on low flame for few minutes or until sauce is thickened.

Let it cool.

Pour the sauce in a piping bag and fill seekh kebabs center with the prepared sauce.

Now roll kababs in flour then dip in egg and coat with bread crumbs.

Deep Fry Kababs in hot oil for 3-5 minutes or until crisp and golden brown.

Remove from the oil and drain on paper towel.

Delicious Fried Cheesy Kabab is ready to serve.
