  • 500 gm Potatoes boiled
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • 500 gm Mince
  • 1 tsp All spice powder
  • ½ cup Yogurt
  • 2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Black salt
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • ½ bunch Coriander leaves
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 2 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 cup Water
  • ½ cup Cheddar cheese
Cooking Method
  1. In a pan, put together mince, water, cumin seeds, black salt, ginger garlic paste, all spice powder, yogurt, chili powder and onion.
  2. Cook on low flame for 30 minutes or all water dries up and mince is tender.
  3. Finely mash boiled potatoes, put in butter paper and roll using a rolling pin.
  4. Now spread with mince filling and roll.
  5. Brush top with beaten egg.
  6. Spread grated cheddar cheese over it.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven on 180 degrees for 30 minutes or until done.
  8. Remove from the oven and cut into slices.
  9. Delicious Potato Loaf is ready to serve.
Serving Suggestions

Serve with fresh salad.
