Ingredients
- 500 gm Carrot grated
- 1 cup Sugar
- 500 gm Khoya
- 1 tsp Kewra essence
- ½ tsp Green cardamom ground
- Almond and pistachio as required
- Silver foil for garnish
Cooking Method

In a pan, put grated carrot and water as required.

Let it cook over medium flame for 30 minutes or until all water dries up and carrot tender.

Now add sugar and cook over high flame for 5-6 minutes or until all water dries.

Turn the flame off, add in ground green cardamom and stir well.

Add Khoya and Kewra essence.

Mix well.

Pour this mixture in a greased pan.

Top with chopped almond and pistachios.

Garnish with silver foil.

Cut into squares and transfer into a serving platter.
