For Marination:
  • 500 gm Boneless chicken
  • 2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp Tikka masala
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Crushed red chili
  • 1 tsp Red chili powder
  • 1 tsp All spice powder
  • 4 tbsp Oil
  • 4 tbsp Yogurt
  • salt to taste
  • Wooden skewers as required
For Karahi Masala:
  • 4 Boiled chopped tomatoes
  • 8-10 Green chilies
  • 2 Onion cubes
  • Coal 1
  • ¾ cup Clarified butter
  • 2 tbsp Ginger julienned
Cooking Method
  1. Place chicken in a bowl and marinate with all ingredients of marination.
  2. Cover and leave for 30 minutes to blend flavors.
  3. Thread chicken pieces on skewers and cook on grill or barbecue, give a smoke.
  4. Heat clarified butter add boiled tomatoes cook well.
  5. Add green chilies cook for 2-3 minute.
  6. Add salt and mix well.
  7. Add barbecue chicken and stir well.
  8. Add green chilies and onion cubes mix well.
  9. Garnish with ginger and dish it out.
  10. Delicious Tikka Koyla Karahi is ready to serve.
Serving Suggestions

Serve hot with Tandoori Roti or Naan, salad.
