Ingredients
  • 500 gm Boneless breast
  • 1/4 cup Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Black pepper crushed
  • 1/2 tsp Salt ½ tsp
  • 1 tsp heaped Chili powder
  • 1/2 cup Hung curd
  • 1/4 tsp Maze grinded
  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg grinded
  • 4 tbsp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Kasuri methi
  • 4 tbsp Gram flour roasted 4 tbsp
  • 1/4 cup Oil
  • 1/2 tsp All spice
  • 1 tsp Cumin crushed heaped
  • 1 tsp Chat masala
  • a pinch of Orange color
Cooking Method
  1. Roast gram flour 2 to 3 minutes then mix cheese and butter. 

  2. Add Add in hung curd, then oil and gram flour with all the rest. 

  3. Add chicken. Mix to coat evenly. 

  4. Bake. on 180 D, for 30 minutes on a wire rack or until crispy and golden brown. Kararay Chicken Kabab is ready to serve.

Serving Suggestions

Serve hot with your favorite chutney.
