  • 60 gm Oil
  • 60 gm Milk
  • Salt a pinch
  • 20 gm Caster sugar
  • 4 Egg yolks
  • 1 Egg full
  • 4 Egg whites
  • 80 gm Caster sugar
  • 1 tbsp Cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp Hot water
  • 100 gm Flour
  • 10 gm Corn flour
  • 100 gm Butter cream
  • Icing sugar to dust
Cooking Method
  1. In a bowl, mix together the oil, milk, salt, caster sugar, flour and corn flour.
  2. Then in another bowl, add egg yolks and full egg. Mix well and add to the flour mixture.
  3. Now in a bowl add egg whites and caster sugar.
  4. Make meringue and add to the flour mixture.
  5. Then divide the mixture, in the first section add cocoa powder and prepare a chocolate batter.
  6. Now grease 4×10 baking dish, pour the white batter first and then place the second layering of chocolate batter.
  7. Fold it with a skewer.
  8. Bake in a preheated (180 degree C) oven for 20 minutes. Remove and let it to cool.
  9. Then add the butter cream and roll it properly.
  10. Dust the icing sugar, cut into pieces.
  11. Zebra Swiss Roll is ready to serve.
