Ingredients
  • 250 gm boneless chicken
  • 1 cup boiled macaroni
  • 2 spring onions thinly sliced
  • 2 eggs lightly beaten
  • 4 green chilies thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp black pepper crushed
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup plain flour
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • Oil for frying
Cooking Method
  1. Place boiled chicken, macaroni, spring onions, garlic and green chilies in a chopper.
  2. Process and chop finely.
  3. Take out into a bowl.
  4. Add beaten egg and cumin seeds in it.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Make small balls out of this mixture.
  7. Keep aside.
  8. Place plain flour in a shallow dish.
  9. Place macaroni balls in plain flour.
  10. Roll to coat evenly.
  11. Then coat with bread crumbs.
  12. Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
  13. Fry macaroni balls for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown.
  14. Remove from the oil and drain on paper towel.
  15. Macaroni Balls are ready to serve. ENJOY!

Serve with Chili Garlic Sauce.
