Ingredients
- 250 gm boneless chicken
- 1 cup boiled macaroni
- 2 spring onions thinly sliced
- 2 eggs lightly beaten
- 4 green chilies thinly sliced
- 1 tsp black pepper crushed
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup plain flour
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- Oil for frying
Cooking Method

Place boiled chicken, macaroni, spring onions, garlic and green chilies in a chopper.

Process and chop finely.

Take out into a bowl.

Add beaten egg and cumin seeds in it.

Season with salt and pepper.

Make small balls out of this mixture.

Keep aside.

Place plain flour in a shallow dish.

Place macaroni balls in plain flour.

Roll to coat evenly.

Then coat with bread crumbs.

Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.

Fry macaroni balls for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown.

Remove from the oil and drain on paper towel.
