Ingredients
  • 500 gm boneless Chicken
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 1 Capsicum
  • 1 Onion
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp Garlic paste
  • ½ tsp Chinese salt
  • ¼ tsp White pepper powder
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 3 – 4 tbsp Oil
  • 3 tbsp Tomato ketchup
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • ½ tsp Chili powder
  • 2 tbsp Worchester sauce
Cooking Method
  1. Cut chicken, tomatoes, capsicum and onion into small cubes.
  2. Heat oil in a deep wok over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic paste along with chicken. Cook and stir for 5-8 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. Now add chili powder and all the chopped vegetables.
  5. Stir fry for 2 minutes.
  6. Add tomato paste, tomato ketchup, soy sauce, Worchester sauce, vinegar, sugar, Chinese salt and salt
  7. Mix well.
  8. Cook for 2-3 minutes or till sauce thickened.
  9. Dish it out.
  10. Pan Fried Shashlik is ready to serve.
