  • 2 Celery sticks
  • 1/4 cup Boiled peas
  • 6 Boiled eggs
  • 1 Medium sized onions
  • 1 Capsicum
  • 12 Large prawns
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • Salt as required
  • 1/4 tsp Crushed black pepper
  • 1/4 bunch Parsley
  • 2 tbsp Cream cheese
  • 1 Boiled potatoes
Cooking Method
  1. In a food processor, chop together celery sticks, capsicum and onion, boiled potato, salt, black pepper, lemon juice, cream cheese, peas, parsley and boiled egg yolks.
  2. Process the mixture in a food processor until a fine paste.
  3. Slit about 3/4 of the way through the shrimp and boil in water for a few minutes
  4. Fill the egg mixture in a piping bag and evenly pipe into the egg halves.
  5. With the help of a tooth pick, insert one boiled shrimp along with a sprig of parsley into each egg white half.
  6. Hi Tea Eggs are ready to serve.
  7. Serve immediately.
