Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 250 gm Beef undercut
  • 2 Egg beaten
  • ¼ cup Milk
  • 1 tsp Thyme
  • ½ packet Shell pasta boiled
  • 50 gm Parmesan cheese grated
  • Salt to taste
  • ½ tsp Crushed black pepper
  • 2-3 tbsp Fresh cream
Cooking Method
  1. Heat oil and butter in a wok over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped beef and cook for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the egg, cream, milk, thyme, salt and crushed black pepper.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Now add boiled pasta to the wok, also add in egg mixture gradually.
  6. Stir continously.
  7. Then add in Parmesan cheese.
  8. Mix well and dish it out.
  9. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese.
  10. Delicious Pasta Carbonara is ready to serve.
