Ingredients
  • 300 gm Rice
  • 1 tbsp Garlic paste
  • 3 Tomatoes boiled
  • 1-¼– 1-½ glass Chicken stock
  • 1 cup Corn
  • 1 tsp Crushed black pepper
  • ½ cup Peas boiled
  • 2-3 Spring onion
  • ½ tsp Oregano
  • 3-4 tbsp Oil
  • Salt to taste
Cooking Method
  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic paste and sauté for 2 minutes.
  3. Then add corn, boiled peas, chopped tomatoes, spring onions and oregano.
  4. Cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Now add chicken stock, salt, and crushed black pepper.
  6. Cook for 6-8 minutes or until it comes to a boil.
  7. Add in soaked rice, cook for 5 minutes or until rice starts coming on top.
  8. Cover with a lid and simmer on low flame for 10 minutes.
  9. Remove the lid and fluff the rice.
  10. Dish it out.
  11. Corn and Tomato Rice is ready to serve.
