Ingredients
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup porridge oats
  • 1 cup desiccated coconut
  • 6 ounce sugar
  • 4 ounce butter
  • 4 tbsp almonds coarsely chopped
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
Cooking Method
  1. Preheat oven to 150 degree C.
  2. Melt butter in a sauce pan.
  3. Add honey and cook on low flame for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Remove from the flame and keep aside.
  5. In a bowl, combine together coconut, oats, baking powder, flour, milk, caster sugar and chopped almonds.
  6. Stir honey and butter mixture in it.
  7. Stir well.
  8. Spread this mixture evenly on a greased baking pan.
  9. Bake for 15 minutes or until light golden.
  10. Take it from the oven and cut into squares.
  11. Porridge Pak is ready to serve.
Serving Suggestions

Serve with a glass of milk or a cup or tea.
