A must try Kabab Paratha Pies Recipe by Shireen Anwar , these warm and aromatic spicy Kabab Paratha Pies are a delight! By adding some cheese and spices to regular kabab paratha recipe, one can get some super flavourful results to break the monotony of having plain parathas every time. You can add or play around with different toppings to find something that you personally enjoy.
- 500 gm Boneless chicken
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- 4 tbsp Yogurt
- 2 tbsp Brown onion grinded
- 3 tbsp Behari kabab masala
- 1/4 cup Oil
- 1 Coal for dum
- 6 Frozen parathas
- Oil for brushing
- 1/2 cup Green chutney
- 2 tbsp Yogurt
- 1 cup Onion sliced
- 1-1/2 cup cheddar cheese Grated
Marinate chicken with given ingredients and pan fry for 15-20 minutes or chicken is cooked through.
Now give dum of coal.
Cut out rounds from frozen paratha.
Put paratha rounds in a greased muffin tray.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 mins or until crispy and hold its shape.
Now put a tsp of cheese in each cup and let it melt.
Top with barbecue chicken filling, green chutney and sliced onion.
Kabab Paratha Pies are ready to serve.
Serve with some extra red sauce chutney.
