For Chicken Filling
  • 500 gm Boneless chicken
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 4 tbsp Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Brown onion grinded
  • 3 tbsp Behari kabab masala
  • 1/4 cup Oil
  • 1 Coal for dum
To Assemble
  • 6 Frozen parathas
  • Oil for brushing
  • 1/2 cup Green chutney
  • 2 tbsp Yogurt
  • 1 cup Onion sliced
  • 1-1/2 cup cheddar cheese Grated
Cooking Method
  1. Marinate chicken with given ingredients and pan fry for 15-20 minutes or chicken is cooked through.
  2. Now give dum of coal.
  3. Cut out rounds from frozen paratha.
  4. Put paratha rounds in a greased muffin tray.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 mins or until crispy and hold its shape.
  6. Now put a tsp of cheese in each cup and let it melt.
  7. Top with barbecue chicken filling, green chutney and sliced onion.
  8. Kabab Paratha Pies are ready to serve.
Serving Suggestions

Serve with some extra red sauce chutney.
