For Cutlets:
  • 500 gm potatoes boiled
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp fresh coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • salt to taste
  • Oil for frying
For Filling
  • 1 packet cheddar cheese
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 4 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 2 tbsp green chili paste
  • 2 tbsp tamarind pulp
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds roasted & crushed
  • 1 tsp red pepper crushed
  • 1/2 tsp carom seeds
  • a pinch of salt
Cooking Method
  1. In a small bowl, combine together tamarind pulp, roasted cumin, carom seeds and crushed red pepper.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Mash boiled potatoes and make patties of it.
  4. Top with cheddar cheese
  5. Spread ketchup on top.
  6. Spread green chilies paste and tamarind pulp.
  7. Now put another potato Pattie on top.
  8. Dip in beaten eggs.
  9. Roll in bread crumbs and turn to coat evenly.
  10. Fry cutlets for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
  11. Stuffed Paneer Cutlets are ready to serve.
Serving Suggestions

Serve with Chilli Garlic Sauce.
