Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup mashed potatoes
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp fresh coriander leaves chopped
  • 1/2 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper crushed
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper crushed
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • oil for deep frying
Cooking Method
  1. Take water in a sauce pan or pot.
  2. Add butter.
  3. Bring to a boil then add flour in it.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Then remove from the heat.
  6. Put mashed potatoes in it.
  7. Season with salt, black pepper, red pepper.
  8. Also add chopped coriander and eggs.
  9. Beat until well combined.
  10. Now heat oil in a deep wok or pan.
  11. Deep fry puffs for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown.
  12. Potato Puffs are ready to serve.
  13. ENJOY!!
