  • 500 gm Beef mince
  • 1 tbsp Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Ginger
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1-1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 large Potato cubed
  • 2 Tomato chopped
  • 4 Whole green chilies
  • 1 tbsp Cumin zeera
  • 1 tbsp All spice
  • 1 Bread slice
  • 2 Onion large finely chopped
  • few coriander leaves
Cooking Method
  1. In a bowl, combine together the beef mince, onion, ginger, garlic, bread slice, salt, all spice powder, cumin and coriander.
  2. Now in baking tray spread mince mixture.
  3. Top with potato cubes, chopped tomato and whole green chilies.
  4. Then 1 tbsp oil adds and covered with foil.
  5. Bake for 10-15 minutes in the preheated oven.

  6. Now remove foil and bake another 10 minutes or until cooked.
  7. Take it from the oven.
  8. Delicious Thaal Kabab is ready to serve.
  9. Enjoy!
Serving Suggestions

Serve with Naan and Mint Chutney.
