- 250 gm Boneless chicken
- 1 Mashed potato
- 1 tsp Red chili powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 Egg beaten
- Bread crumbs as required
- Oil for frying
Boil chicken with salt then shred it.
Mix chicken, mashed potato, red chili powder and salt.
Make small balls of mixture and insert a stick in center.
Dip in egg and roll with bread crumbs.
Deep fry in oil on medium heat until golden brown. Delicious Chicken Lollipops are ready to serve. ENJOY!
Serve with Lal Chutney.
