Ingredients
Ingredients for chicken:
  • 500 gm Chicken legs boneless cubed
  • 2 cups Flour
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • 1-1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1-1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tsp White pepper
  • Oil for frying
For Paratha:
  • 3 cups Flour
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 4 tbsp Semolina
For Sauce:
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 5 tbsp Chili sauce
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 2 cups Grated cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups Sliced iceberg lettuce
Cooking Method
TO Make Crispy Chicken
  1. Marinate the chicken in chili powder, garlic powder, salt and white pepper for 1 hour.
  2. Mix the egg with ½ cup water now dip the chicken in the egg mix then coat in flour and set aside.
To Make Paratha:
  1. Make the dough with flour and salt and set aside.
  2. Now make small round balls.
  3. Flatten them, brush with oil and sprinkle semolina on top.
  4. Then roll and flatten again and fry them in oil on both sides for 6 to 8 minutes and set aside.
To Make The Sauce:
  1. Mix mayo, chili sauce, cheddar cheese and garlic powder in a bowl and set aside.
  2. Now heat oil in a pan add the chicken and cook on medium heat for 6 to 8 minutes. Remove.
  3. Now spread sauce in middle of paratha then place chicken and iceberg on top.
  4. Roll it and secure with a wooden pick.
  5. Delicious Crispy Chicken Roll is ready to serve. ENJOY!
