Ingredients
- ½ kg Boneless chicken 2 inch cubes
- ¼ tsp Black cumin
- ¾ tsp Crushed black pepper
- Butter to brush as required
- 3 tbsp Grated cheese
- 2 tbsp Fresh cream
- 1 Egg white
- Allspice 1 tsp
- 1 tbsp Ginger garlic
- 1 tbsp Green chili paste heaped
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Salt
- 4 tbsp Yogurt
Cooking Method

Marinate the boneless cubes of chicken with Black cumin, black pepper, butter, cheese, fresh cream, egg white, allspice, Ginger garlic, green chili paste, lemon juice, salt, yogurt.

Threads the pieces on skewers.

Pre heat oven 180 degree C.

Grill chicken skewers for 15-20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.

Brush with butter.

Remove from the oven and dish it out.
