Zinger Burger is a heart favorite fast food of all ages people especially kids love. Now you can make zinger burger at home with this easy Zinger Burger recipe by Rida Aftab. Try it,  Your kids will must love to it. Serve with French fries and coleslaw.

  • 500 gm chicken mince
  • 1 egg
  • 2 medium onion finely chopped
  • 1 cup cornflakes
  • 2 tbsp garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp mustard powder
  • 1 tsp chinese salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp red pepper plakes
  • Salt to taste
  • oil for frying
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • tomato ketchup as required
  • few salad leaves
  • Tomato sliced
  • Cucumber sliced
  • burger buns
Cooking Method
  1. Put chicken mince in a large bowl.
  2. Add mustard paste, onion, garlic paste, chinese salt, soy sauce, black pepper, salt and chilli flakes.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Shape mixture into six flat patties.
  5. Dip patties into egg then coat with corn flakes.
  6. Shallow fry until crispy and golden brown.
  7. Toast buns on a hot pan.
  8. Spread mayonnaise on burger buns.
  9. Layer cucumber, tomato slices and salad leaves on each burger bun.
  10. Top with chicken patties.
  11. Drizzle with tomato ketchup.
  12. Zinger burger is ready to serve.
Serving Suggestions

Serve with French fries and coleslaw.
