Ingredients
- 8 Eggs
- 8 Green cardamoms
- 1 cup Ghee / oil
- ½ kg Khoya
- 1- ½ cup Sugar
- Almond & pistachios boiled chopped as required
- Silver foil as required
- Yellow color a pinch
Cooking Method

Grind 8 green cardamoms with 1 tsp sugar and set aside.

Beat eggs in a large bowl. Add khoya, sugar, green cardamom powder, and a pinch of yellow color. Mix until well combined.

Heat ghee in a pan over medium heat. Pour egg mixture in a wok. Fry well on low flame for 10 minutes till oil separates.

Take it out anday ka halwa in a greased tray or dish, garnish with chopped almond and pistachios. Spread silver foil on top and serve.
