  • 2 boneless Chicken breast cut into slices
  • 1 tsp Garlic paste
  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 3 Baby onion cut into halves
  • 25 gm Almond
  • 25 gm Pistachio
  • 25 gm Walnut
  • 25 gm Raisin
  • 3 tbsp Fresh cream
  • Salt to taste
  • ¼ tsp Black pepper powder
  • ¼ cup Boiled peas
  • 1 Capsicum julienne
  • Green olives few
Cooking Method
  1. Heat oil in a wok heat over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic paste and chicken slices.
  3. Cook for 8-10 minutes or until chicken turn golden brown.
  4. Now add onion slices, boiled peas, almond, pistachio, walnut, raisin and baby onion.
  5. Cook and stir for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Now add fresh cream.
  8. Cook for a few seconds and then turn the flame off.
  9. Add sliced olives and stir well.
  10. Heat a sizzling plate, spread capsicum.
  11. Also add a few drops of oil.
  12. Then pour chicken mixture over it.
  13. Arabian Sizzling Chicken is ready to serve.
  14. Serve hot.
