Ingredients
  • 1 kg Chicken 12 pieces
  • 1-½ tsp Chili powder
  • 1-½ tsp Salt leveled
  • 1-½ cup Yogurt
  • 1-½ tsp White cumin roasted and crushed
  • ½ cup Oil
  • 1 tbsp Garlic crushed heaped
Cooking Method
  1. Marinate chicken with chili powder, salt, yogurt for 1 hour to blend flavors.
  2. Now heat oil over medium flame.
  3. Add crushed garlic and fry for 1-2 minutes or until slightly brown.
  4. Add cumin with marinated chicken.
  5. Cover and cook for 30-40 minutes or until chicken is tender.
  6. Now add 1 cup of water if required.
  7. Cook on low flame for 5-6 minutes or until oil comes on top.
  8. Dish it out.
  9. Delicious Bohri Lal Murghi is ready to serve.
