Ingredients
Ingredients For Base:
  • 180 gm Biscuit crumbs
  • 50 gm Desiccated coconut
  • 60 gm Butter
Ingredients For For Filling:
  • 225 gm Cream cheese
  • 3 pcs Lemon zest
  • 1 Lemon juice
  • 15 gm Gelatin
  • 45 gm Water
  • 300 gm White chocolate
  • Whipped cream for topping as required
Cooking Method
  1. To make the cake base: In a chopper, crush biscuit , butter and coconut.
  2. Pour this in 18 centimeter cake ring.
  3. Now beat cream cheese and zest , now add gelatin soaked.
  4. Now add melted chocolate , lemon juice and zest.
  5. Pour this cream cheese batter over the base and keep for 6 hours in freezer or until set.
  6. Decorate with cream.
  7. Sprinkle coconut over it.
  8. Delicious White Angel Cheese Cake is ready to serve.
