Ingredients
  • 250 gm wheat flour
  • 4 hard boiled eggs
  • 1/2 cup spring onion
  • 2 green chilies finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp mint leaves finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
Cooking Method
  1. Place wheat flour and a pinch of salt in a bowl.
  2. Knead dough by using water.Leave it for 30 minutes.
  3. In a separate bowl, add mashed boiled eggs, green chilies, spring onion, coriander leaves and mint.
  4. Season with salt and black pepper.
  5. Stuff this mixture in parathas.
  6. Heat a griddle and put paratha on it.
  7. Shallow fry on each side for 2 minutes or until light golden.
  8. Boiled Eggs Paratha is ready to serve.
  9. Serve with mint yogurt.
