  • 600 gm Chicken boneless
  • 1 tbsp Tandoori masala
  • 4 tbsp Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Cumin powder
  • 1/8 tsp Yellow food color
  • Salt as required
  • Black pepper as required
  • Skewers as required
  • For Second Marination:
  • 1 Egg yolk
  • 1 tbsp Rice flour
  • 1-1/2 tsp Chaat masala
  • ½ tsp Nutmeg mace powder
  • ½ tsp All spice powder
  • Oil for deep frying
  • Onion rings to serve
  • Cucumber to serve
  • Salad leaves to serve
Cooking Method
  1. Marinate chicken with first marination ingredients for 3 to 4 hour.
  2. Thread on Skewers then give a steam cook.
  3. Let it cool and mix second marination ingredients and marinate steam chicken in it for 15 minute.
  4. Cook in hot oil for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Remove from the oil and drizzle on kitchen paper.
  6. Chicken Chargha Kabab are ready to serve.
Serving Suggestions

Serve with onion rings and salad leaves.
