Ingredients
- 500 gm boneless chicken cut into strips
- 500 gm boiled rice
- 1/2 cup tomato ketchup
- 4 green chilies
- 1 cabbage finely chopped
- 1 capsicum thinly sliced
- 1 carrot thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 1 tsp red pepper crushed
- 1 tsp mustard powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- Oil as required
Cooking Method

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.

Add chicken strips and garlic paste in it.

Cook for 5 minutes then add crushed red pepper, soy sauce, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard powder, tomato Ketchup ,green chilies add ½ cup water.

Season with salt and pepper.

Stir well and let it cook for 5 minutes on medium high heat.

Remove from the heat and let it cool.

Then add chopped vegetables.

Now place chicken mixture over boiled rice.
