  • 1 cup cabbage finely chopped
  • 1 carrot finely chopped
  • 1 apple finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp castor sugar
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper freshly ground
  • 1/2 tsp salt
Cooking Method
  1. Place cabbage, carrot and apple in a bowl.
  2. Add mayonnaise and lemon juice in it.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or until chill.
  6. Coleslaw is ready to serve.
